What are some of the major lessons learned that you would like to share with other students that they can learn from?

Always have an exit strategy. For this property we finished construction in early August which is
past the prime months to sell properties, so after sitting on the market for 60 days we turned it into a
cashflow property and rented it for $2,500/month. We held this property for a year and half, then sold it
at the end of the lease. There is always a way to make money!
